I send my artworks via Poczta Polska, a priority or economical parcel. The shipping price depends on the size of the painting, the weight of the package, the distance to the destination and the current price list of the Poczta Polska company.

In most cases, I send the artwork unframed, flat packed. I do not pack watercolors in the tube, because rolling the painting in a roll can deform and damage it. The work is protected by layers of foil, cardboard and bubble wrap. I check the stiffness of the packaging before shipping it and add additional protective layers, when necessary.

For those, who want to pick the package in person so as the artwork can be spared unnecessary adventures on its way to the ‘new home’, there is a possibility of self pick-up in Warsaw or Tykocin. It will also allow the buyer to see an artwork in the flesh, before buying. Also, if you are considering purchasing one of several items, this option will probably help you make the final decision.
